Introduction

Wheat cleaning line is a combination of multiple screening equipment cleaning line, consisting of vibrating screen, circulating wind separator, de-stoner and multiple elevators. As a grain cleaning line can clean up most of the impurities in grain crops, and has a significant effect on cleaning up large, fine, dust and stones in grain. It is suitable for cleaning and sieving of granular materials such as most wheat, cereals, beans and oil crops. The elevator is selected according to the characteristics of the material to be sieved. The cleaning effect of wheat cleaning line produced by our factory depends on the impurity content of raw wheat and can reach up to 99%. Meanwhile, the cleaning line can also be used for compound screening or for combined cleaning of single model multiple equipment to achieve customer satisfaction.

The common grain cleaning line is used in food processing plants, seed matching stations, small flour mills, oil mills and other industries where materials need to be cleaned. The combination of vibrating screen with circulating air is used to clean up large impurities, dust and fine debris in the materials. The use of circulating wind can also clean up part of the dried seeds in the material. After screening, the material enters the specific gravity de-stoner for specific gravity screening to clean the material of stones, mud lumps and heavy impurities. The specific gravity de-stoner needs low pressure fan for auxiliary use. The negative pressure wind generated in the machine box makes the material suspended at the same time and the dust will be extracted again. After three screening equipment cleaning can achieve customer satisfaction. If the material contains more stones, it is necessary to choose the de-stoner here for the second de-stoning screening to achieve the ideal effect for the customer.
