1. Sieve the oil on one side. During inspection, if the sieve surface is not horizontal horizontally, the length of the left and right suspension rods should be adjusted to make them equal; If there is twisting in the sieve body, the eccentric wheel shaft can be adjusted to be perpendicular to the frame. If the oil material on the surface of the stone removal sieve travels on one side, the rack can be adjusted to make it horizontal; If the airflow is uneven, the air adjustment plate of the air box can be adjusted to make the airflow evenly blow towards the screen surface. If the screening rate is low, a new brush should be replaced or the length of the brush should be adjusted, while adjusting the tilt angle of the flat screen.
2. The belt is oiled without material extraction. The main reason is that there is too much oil accumulation in the lower part of the conveyor of the bucket elevator, causing blockage. You can open the plate door at the lower part of the conveyor to remove the accumulated oil.
3. Uneven steaming of the upper pot. During inspection, if the steam nozzle of the steam dryer is blocked or rusted, the steam nozzle should be unblocked. If the raw material is pasted into the bottom of the middle and lower pot, the distance between the scraper and the bottom of the pot can be adjusted; If the scraper is twisted and worn, the scraper should be replaced; If the raw material is steamed and fried unevenly, the limit switch, contact, and floating plate should be adjusted to ensure coordinated action.
4. The roller is overloaded and does not rotate. The elimination method is: if there is oil between the rollers during startup, the adjusting bolts of the rollers can be loosened to remove the oil between the rollers; If the feeding amount is too large and the speed is too fast, the insertion plate at the feeding port can be closed; If the thickness of the rolled billet is uneven, the gap between the rollers should be readjusted and loose nut
