Vibration sieve is an important part of sesame cleaning line. There are many operation precautions that needs to be followed for the normal running of the machine.
1. All fasteners should be checked before running. All fasteners must not be loose;
2. Check whether the sieve holes of each layer are equipped correctly;
3. Check and remove items placed on the machine but not belonging to the machine;
4. If there is any anti-shake fixing parts installed for transportation in the screen body, remove them;
5. Make sure that the power supply is installed and connected by professionals;
6. Test run with no load for 10-15 minutes is required to check for abnormal noise or impact;
7. After the no-load test run is normal, the on-load test run can be started.
8. During use, always check whether the bolts or nails are loose, whether the screen surface is blocked, whether the rubber ball is damaged, and whether there is any abnormal sounds.
9. The repair and maintenance of the machine must be carried out under the guidance of professionals.
Correct and rational use of the machine can reduce energy consumption, increase the service life of the machine, and thus reduce the cost.
