Cotton Seeds Pressing Machine

Introduction

Cotton seeds oil is made from cotton seed. It is widely used industry, mainly as a material for the production of lubricating oil. 

The cold oil press includes a complete and mounted oil press, including heater and pressing screw, speed control and 9 different nozzles for various kinds of oils seeds. It also comes with tools such as funnel, trindle, stainless steel oil tray etc. There is an electric switchboard attached which makes it ready to use (startup). With this electrical machine one can produce up 40 kg/h from the raw material being processed by them. The best temperature range that most of these products are used in lies between 36°C -40 ° C .

The oil press is easy to handle and has a robust durable design. It’s fitted with cutting-edge technology, ensuring an optimal yield of high quality cold pressed vegetable oils - all monitored by digital temperature control for worry free pressing.

The parts that come into contact with the raw material or oil are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The snail is made from high performance, hardened in an oven under vacuum.

Which seeds are suitable for pressing?

The oil press is intended for pressing the following seeds: sunflower seeds, canola seed,  walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, and many other oil seeds. Peeled sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds cannot be pressed directly; an addition of 30% of the seeds with shell is required here or by adding some of the pressed cake into the funnel. Some of the raw materials have to be shredded beforehand due to their size. 

We deliver the oil press with a press screw. The various press screws differ in their geometry and in the delivery rate of material to the press nozzle. We have the following options for this:

1. Auger with flat channel for hard oil seeds such as pomegranate, grape or fig seeds

2. Auger in the standard version (we supply this with the oil press in 90% of the applications)

3. Auger with deep channel for nuts for soft and very oily seeds or nuts, such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or peanuts

Our oil press is designed to operate efficiently, even during the 24-hour continuous workday. The direct drive of the screw conveyor ensures that we use as little energy as possible and still produce high quality product without problems. All electronic components are built into this durable housing unit which protects against water spray (for added safety).
