Grains cleaning lines, mainly to remove the heavy and light impurity in the grains. The grains here refer to wheat, sesame, soybean, grain mung beans, rapeseeds and so on. We can clean the raw materials with 10% impurity to be 0.5% impurity in finished products. The impurity includes dust, stem, big size foreign materials, stone, mud, metal, mold seeds and so on. If you have the idea to take out the dark or light color, the color sorting machine is needed. For example, black sesame, you want to take out the white sesame, color sorting machine can be used. In another way, if dark color seeds mixed in white sesame, the color sorting can realize to remove the dark color. With color sorting ,the purity of the finished products can reach 99.9%.

The line of cleaning can be 3 tons per hour, 6 tons per hour and 10 tons per hour for sesame.

The color sorting can be max 3 tons per hour for sesame.
