Tea seeds cleaning machine is mainly used for tea seeds cleaning and preliminary screening, tea seeds classification, focusing on removing light impurities (grass seeds, pods, etc.) and heavy impurities (stones, dirt). Tea seeds enters the machine from the inlet. Before reaching the upper sieve, the material flow is controlled by adjusting the adjustment plate in the feed box (there is an observation window to observe the material flow), so that the material is automatically evenly dispersed and distributed to the upper sieve surface. According to the vibration of the screen surface and the air flow through the material layer, the gap between the tea seeds is increased, so that the tea seeds are in a fluidized state, and automatic classification is promoted. The stones will fall into the bottom layer, and the lower-density tea seeds will float to the upper layer. Driven by gravity, inertial force and continuous feeding, tea seeds slide down to the clean tea seeds outlet, and the lighter pods, dust, diseased beans and other impurities are removed by the air separator. Under the action of the inertial force and airflow of the screen surface vibration system, the denser gravel slides relative to the stone removal screen surface, and then moves through the stone gathering area to the heavy impurity screen area to achieve the stone removal effect. After cleaning, the tea seeds can be conveyed to packing machine for packing.
