Structure and working principle
（1） Structure This series of unit is mainly composed of five parts: automatic control part, heating and pressing part, adjustment part, transmission part and vacuum oil filtering part. 1. The automatic control system consists of air switch, AC contactor, temperature controller, circuit automatic protection device, etc. 2. The heating and pressing part is composed of a heater, a screw press, a bar press, a body assembly, etc. 3. The transmission part is composed of main shaft, reducer, pulley, motor wheel, etc. 4. The adjusting part consists of adjusting screw, adjusting screw, sub-handle, lock nut, etc. 5. The vacuum oil filter part is composed of vacuum pump, oil filter barrel pipeline, etc.
（2） Working principle The power is decelerated and transmitted to the main shaft. The pressing screw installed on the main shaft rotates, pushing the oil between the threads forward. As the space between the pressing chamber and the pressing screw is gradually reduced, the density of the oil is increased, and the pressure is gradually increased. In the process of pressing, because the machine is automatic, the temperature of the main machine is increased by the automatic temperature control device, thus reducing the labor intensity, the wear of the machine body, saving labor, electricity and time. The friction between the oil particles and between the oil and the parts generates heat. In this way, the pressure and heat of the oil extraction process are formed, and the tissue cells of the oil are destroyed. The oil overflows from the oil line, and the cake is pushed out between the cake head and the cake mouth. When the overflowing oil flows into the oil filter barrel through the oil pan, the vacuum pump draws out the air in the barrel. When negative pressure is formed in the barrel, the oil is pumped into the barrel through the filter cloth, and the oil residue is isolated on the cloth. At this time, pure oil is obtained.
Installation
(1) When installing the oil press, leave enough space around for the staff to operate.
（2） First, adjust the four anchor bolts under the pedestal to make the machine in the horizontal position, and then adjust the oil filter barrel to the horizontal state.
（3） After the machine is installed, lay a 05-1m deep ground wire at the place 3-5 m away from the machine before it can work.
