The first step in hot pressing is to clean, screen, and remove impurities to ensure the processing requirements of the oil, then crush, press the embryo, and steam fry. When oil plants use oil pressing equipment for pressing, they need to steam fry the oil for hot pressing. In selecting a cooker, they need to choose the one that suits their needs. 1. Introduction to horizontal cooker: A horizontal cooker is a type of rotary drum dryer, which is a relatively old large-scale drying equipment that utilizes cylinder rotation and air convection to transport and dry materials, with a large processing capacity. Compared with vertical steam frying pans, horizontal steam frying pans have large processing capacity, high thermal efficiency, low power consumption, and simple operation.
2. Working principle of a horizontal cooker: The structure of a horizontal cooker is basically similar to that of a rotary cylinder dryer, with the main difference being that the rotary cylinder dryer uses hot air as the medium to heat and dry materials in a thermal convection manner, while the horizontal steam frying pan uses indirect steam from the tube bundle inside the rotary cylinder to heat materials in a thermal conduction manner. The main part of a horizontal steam frying pan is a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. Materials enter from the higher end of the rotating cylinder and come into contact with the fixed heating steam tube bundle inside the rotating cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, materials flow to the lower end under the action of their own gravity and the cutting plate. The horizontal steam frying pan consists of a rotating cylinder, a heating device, a supporting device, and a transmission device.
3. Characteristics of horizontal cooker : Compared with vertical cooker, the advantages of horizontal cooker are large processing capacity, energy saving, and uniform discharge; The heat transfer surface of the horizontal steam frying pan is the tube bundle inside the cylinder. The entire cylinder is covered with a thermal insulation layer except for the rolling ring and the gear ring. The entire equipment only needs a steam trap, and the steam condensate is easy to recycle; The moisture content of a horizontal frying pan can reach over 18%. The material is constantly flipped and scattered by the plate, and there is no agglomeration of the material. The horizontal frying pan is more suitable for high moisture steaming and frying processes.
