1. Cleaning

The raw rapeseed is first sieved through a vibrating screen to remove large and small impurities. If it is necessary to remove the side by side mud from the rapeseed material, it can be ground with a Wolong iron roller and then removed with a sieve to remove the crushed mud. The impurity content in the final material should not exceed 0.5%, and it is necessary to strictly prevent iron impurities from entering the oil press.

2. Broken skin

Use a small roller machine for rolling to break the skin of vegetable seeds. It is required that the skin should not fall off or be crushed, in a "smiling" shape, and the skin breaking rate should not be less than 85%; The powder content should not exceed 5%. During operation, the feeding should be uniform, the flow rate should be appropriate, and the spacing between the rolling rollers should be adjusted appropriately.

3. Adding water

Put the rapeseed material into the pan, stir and add some hot water until the water content in the material is 13% - 15%.

4. Stir fried ingredients

The equipment of the oil mill uses a frying pan (or a cylindrical seed frying pan, with good effect). The final temperature of the frying material is 120 ℃ - 132 ℃. When the clinker is fried, it is held in the hand without oil, elastic, and easy to release. The cooked degree is even and not sandwiched. After frying, the residual moisture of the clinker is about 2%. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the material temperature entering the oil press is 120 ℃ -125 ℃.

5. Squeezing

After the preheating of the pressing chamber is normal, the clinker can be officially fed and the cake thickness can be adjusted to 1.25-2.5 millimeters. The effect of squeezing can be randomly determined to determine whether the stir fried ingredients are qualified. So the squeezing operation should be frequently observed, inspected, and adjusted. In order to maximize the oil yield of the press, the pressed cake should be made thinner, but it is required that no smoke or burnt paste should be emitted from the cake, and the residual oil in the dry cake should be controlled between 5% and 6%.

6. Crude oil treatment

The extracted crude oil enters the oil pool and is first precipitated to remove solid impurities. If further impurity removal is required, a filter needs to be equipped to obtain clear oil.
