The method of local repair of the flour mill is to remove the damaged starting winding, and rewind the new coil according to the original coil size, number of turns and wire diameter. Connect the wire, try to turn it normally and then insulate it. If the faulty winding is the lower layer, first try to remove the faulty winding (soak it with alcohol or toluene), clean it up, put insulation paper on it, heat the intact coil until it becomes soft, and press it down. In this way, the original upper coil becomes the lower layer. According to the size of the faulty coil and the number of turns, the new coil is wound with the same diameter wire and embedded on it, and the wiring is still the same as the original. Although the upper and lower coils have changed positions, the current direction is the same as before, which does not affect the performance of the motor. After connecting the wire, try to turn it normally, and then carry out insulation treatment to return to normal use.
